The Internal Regulatory Review Commission has reviewed the Bureau of Dog Law's proposed new kennel regulations and has published its comments. You can read these comments (as well as the proposed regulations and UAPM's position on them), here.

One of the most important steps we can take is to let our representatives in Harrisburg know that the welfare of our best friends is important to us as voters.

An act amending Title 18 (crimes & offenses). A person commits a summary offense if he tethers a dog outside between the hours of 10pm and 6am.
